UNM Account Suite Fall 2007 Calendar
You must be admitted to the University of New Mexico-Gallup Campus before you are able to register for courses for any semester.

Access the LoboPhone/LoboWeb Registration System
LoboPhone/LoboWeb
All Registration is conducted by LoboPhone/LoboWeb.
LoboPhone voice response/LoboWeb web application system will guide you through the registration process. To use LoboPhone please use a touch-tone telephone and deactivate call-waiting. Failure to do so may disrupt the process. (See White Pages or contact your phone company representative for instruction.)

What to Expect From LoboPhone/LoboWeb?
To access LoboPhone, you will need to have your UNM ID Number (this is not your Social Security Number). Your UNM ID number is the 9 digit number assigned to you by the University, and six digit numeric PIN. Please call (505) 246-2020 and follow the instructions.
To access Loboweb, go to my.unm.edu, you will need you Net ID and password. This is the same as you access your UNM email account.
If you don't have a UNM Net ID, please go to countdown.unm.edu to establish your Net ID and password.
Personal Identification Number (PIN)
Every student eligible to register is assigned a PIN originally set to his/her six digit birth date (MMDDYY). NOTE: You can only retrieve your UNM ID# and PIN once through LoboPhone. Be sure to have a paper and pencil handy when you call!
If you have forgotten your PIN.
If you have forgotten your PIN or have entered it incorrectly three times, you must contact the Records and Registration Office, Gurley Hall 1136 or (505) 863-7524 for instructions to reset your PIN. You will be prompted to establish a new PIN on your next call. At the prompts, enter your UNM ID and PIN. Select the menu option you want to access adn follow the directions provided by the system. To reset your Net ID password go to my.unm.edu and click on reset password.
Schedule Changes/Cancellation of Enrollment
If you register and pay your tuition and later find your cannot attend, you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund through the last day of the 3rd week of class for 16-week courses. Check current Schedule of Classes for all other refund deadline dates. It is the student’s responsibility to withdraw or cancel his/her registration.
Closed and Restricted Courses
If a class is restricted, you must contact the department or your Academic Advisor for the call number.
If a class is closed, an enrollment authorization form (GREEN CARD) with appropriate signatures must be brought to Registration for enrollment in the class.
If you are signing up for a Restricted class that is closed, you will need a GREEN CARD. Please ask for help when filling out the card(s).
Canceled/Rescheduled Classes
If the course(s) you are registering for is canceled or rescheduled, please call or visit with your Advisor. If you class is canceled, request a refund from the Cashier’s Office. If you receive a card stating the class your registered for has been re-scheduled, please come by the Registration Office to re-register for the new class.
Dropping & Adding Courses
Go to LoboPhone/LoboWeb to drop and add courses by touch-tone telephone or web. DO NOT EXPECT YOUR INSTRUCTOR TO DROP YOU IF YOU STOP ATTENDING CLASS. See calendar for deadline dates.
