Take Compass Placement Exam

All students new to UNMG must participate in placement testing if they have not completed college-level writing course at another university with a grade of “C” or better, a college-level mathematics course at another university with a "C" or better, or achieved an ACT sub-score of 21 or better (or SAT equivalent of 500) in mathematics, English, and social science.

Currently testing is done in Gurley Hall 2205, College Learning Center
